The owners and staff are amazing here, they were so friendly and helpful. The beds are really comfy too. Great location, easy walk to Malin Plaza (heaps of food), 7eleven & topps very close by, easy walk to beachfront too. For the price this is a bargain.

I wanna give a nice 5 starts to this Hotel: i spent more than a month in there and i really enjoy ed my stay! Management, like all other part of the Team is super nice! Really a family business with a special care of customers! Location is perfect: very close by to everything needed. Room was good! I am sure i will first contact them for my next trip in Patong! Worth the be there! They also have a pizzeria in case you don’t want to go around! Highly appreciated the good support and assistance when needed from all Team!

I had a very good stay. Mhelle was particularly helpful with my on line check in for my flight on the next day and in arranging for an early morning call and taxi service. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient for facilities in Patong. The hotel is a little away from the busiest and noisiest part of Patong but that suited me perfectly Plenty of restaurants nearby and a huge street food market. The beach is a reasonable distance Thanks for a lovely stay in the hotel Robin

We booked this Hotel based of the previous reviews, & now we understand why they have such good reviews. All the staff were very welcoming & more than happy to help us in anyway we needed. James talked a big game about the pizzas, so we had to try one out and let’s say his not wrong! Outstanding! Would definitely return!

great location, just after the police blockpost, so you can take the bikes and never be caught if you don’t have driving license very nice owner of the hotel, she is ready to help and solve any problem many places for breakfast and lunch nearby

+good location +wifi, youtube, netflix +friendly and polite staff. Especially James +pizza restaurant is cheap (hotel discount) and cooks delicious pizzas

The staff were helpful and amazing. Location is strategic, near to everything. And the room is just nice! Perfect for a budget traveller. And thank you for the pizza treat for my friend’s birthday!

The beds were super comfortable, a huge flat screen tv… but above all the hosts were amazing, Mel was so helpful, friendly and accommodating… would definitely stay again!😀
